Nott's is a rare gem. No one wants to go to the repair shop but I have to say, I do not hate going here. Mark and Troy go out of their way to show you what's happening every step of the way. In fact, they sent me a video of what was going on. To me, I understood. The video proved invaluable to my wife who isn't a gear head and often cannot equate what's wrong into what is a reasonable dollar amount. I'm thrilled I went there. - Chris B.
