The folks at Nott's automotive are as honest, reliable, friendly and professional as they come. I brought my 2006 Expedition in for an intermittent issue I was having. They spent several hours of the course of two days troubleshooting and trying to replicate the issue. They were unable to replicate the issue I was having and their conclusion was that culprit could have been bad gasoline. They also informed me that my brakes were just fine, after Tire Kingdom told me that it was "urgent" that they be replaced. They refused to take any money from me for their time. Honest and thorough! With auto repair rates creeping up on $100/hour at most any shop these days, it's nice to find mechanics who will actually go the extra mile. It's pretty easy to find dishonest mechanics who will overcharge, and round up to the next hour, so they can get the extra money. When you find a place where a one hour labor charge equals one hour of hard work (or more), that's where you want to take your car.
