Notts is a family owned & operated auto repair shop that treats each customer like family! Recently took my Ford F150 in for a front end mechanical repair as a "walk-in" without an appointment and the owner and staff worked on the truck and returned it the same day "No Charge Due"!  The local Ford dealership could find not any problem, but Notts diagnosed and corrected the problem! Nott's is a rare gem. No one wants to go to the repair shop but I have to say, I do not hate going here. Mark and Troy go out of their way to show you what's happening every step of the way. In fact, they sent me a video of what was going on. To me, I understood. We were told great things about Nott's. So glad we called them. We had 3 college students visiting from Michigan. The heat shield was hanging down. The folks at Nott's automotive are as honest, reliable, friendly and professional as they come. I brought my 2006 Expedition in for an intermittent issue I was having. They spent several hours of the course of two days troubleshooting and trying to replicate the issue. They were unable to replicate the issue I was having and their conclusion was that culprit could have been bad gasoline. They also informed me that my brakes were just fine, after Tire Kingdom told me that it was "urgent" that they be replaced. They refused to take any money from me for their time. Honest and thorough! With auto repair rates creeping up on $100/hour at most any shop these days, it's nice to find mechanics who will actually go the extra mile. It's pretty easy to find dishonest mechanics who will overcharge, and round up to the next hour, so they can get the extra money. When you find a place where a one hour labor charge equals one hour of hard work (or more), that's where you want to take your car.
