If you're traveling more than 25 miles from our shop and need a warranty repair, the Tech-Net nationwide network has you covered at any participating service center. How do I file a warranty claim?

If you're near Sarasota, simply bring your vehicle back to our shop and we'll handle the warranty repair. If you're traveling beyond 25 miles from our location, call the Tech-Net warranty administrator toll-free at (866) 588-0728 (option 1) and they'll direct you to the nearest in-network service facility.

Do you offer roadside assistance?

Accepted Answer

Yes! When you spend $25 or more on any Tech-Net service, you receive 365 days of complimentary roadside assistance through the ToYourRescue™ program. This covers tow-to-safety, lock-out aid, battery jump start, emergency fuel delivery, and flat tire changing assistance. Call (866) 588-0728 (option 2) for roadside assistance 24/7.

Will repairs at Nott's Automotive void my manufacturer's warranty?

Accepted Answer

No. Under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, your manufacturer's warranty cannot be voided simply because you had maintenance or repairs performed at an independent shop. We use quality parts and follow manufacturer service specifications, so your warranty remains intact.
